Getting started
Type or speak a reminder in plain words — for example “call the dentist next Tuesday afternoon” — and Evano turns it into a scheduled reminder. Your Today screen shows what matters, ranked, with the things that slipped surfaced first.
How the AI assistant works
You can ask the assistant to change things — “move everything from today to tomorrow” — and it proposes the change for you to approve with one tap. The AI never edits your tasks or writes to memory on its own. It proposes; you approve; the app applies it.
Family sharing
Create a family to get an invite code, or join one with a code someone shares with you. Shared reminders show who’s on what, and you can assign items to any member. A person belongs to one family at a time; personal reminders always stay private.
Subscriptions & billing
Capture, confirm and local reminders are free forever. Evano Pro adds the proactive assistant — the daily plan, follow-ups, conversational scheduling and on-time delivery. Family adds a shared household on one bill. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account; manage or cancel anytime in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your device. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Your data & privacy
Everything you capture is scoped to your account. You can export or permanently delete all of your data anytime from Settings › Privacy in the app. For the full detail, see our privacy policy and terms.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email — we’ll send a link to choose a new one. Still locked out? Email us at support@evano.app.
