Using Evano

Evano is a personal and family assistant for capturing and remembering things. You need an account to use it, you are responsible for what you put into it, and you agree not to use it for anything unlawful or to attempt to access another person's data.

Your content is yours

You keep ownership of everything you capture. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — storing your content, processing it to create reminders, and showing it back to you across your devices.

Plans and billing

• • The Free plan is free, with no time limit and no card required.
• • Pro and Family are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe.
• • Paid plans may start with a free trial. You can cancel before it ends at no charge.
• • Prices are shown in your local currency and include or add tax per local convention.
• • Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• • A Family plan is managed and paid for by the member who created it.

Refunds

If Evano is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.

What the assistant will not do

Evano proposes changes and you approve them. It does not send messages, make purchases, or contact anyone on your behalf. AI output can be wrong: it is a helpful assistant, not a guarantee. Do not rely on it alone for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical matters.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Evano available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. If we make a material change to these terms or to paid features, we will give you notice and you may cancel.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy, which removes your data. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts other users at risk.
